Dawn France leads Enfranchise Pty Ltd with a strong mix of technical expertise and people-first leadership. She holds a BA (Hons) in Law & Business, is a GIA Member, Certified Lead Auditor, WHS qualified, and a professional member of AHRI. She currently serves as a Board Member of the Spear Foundation and sits on the Governing Council of South Metropolitan TAFE.
Her experience spans the legal, energy, education, NGO, and manufacturing sectors. Dawn is recognised as a trusted practitioner in Governance, Risk and Compliance, known for her hands-on style, emotional intelligence, and ability to empower people. She has also contributed to community governance through her service on the City of South Perth Safety & Crime Committee and other executive leadership roles.
